Not all payroll providers connect directly to the SmartPay platform—and that’s where SPRS comes in. The SmartPay Payroll Reporting Service (SPRS) gives policyholders the flexibility of Pay-As-You-Go billing while continuing to work with their preferred payroll companies.

Who Can Use SPRS?

Any policyholders with a Workers’ Comp Report are eligible. SPRS works with providers such as ADP, Paychex, Intuit, and many others. In cases where a Workers’ Comp Report is not available, alternative reports may be accepted.

With SPRS, policyholders get the same accuracy and convenience as integrated users without giving up their payroll company of choice.
